Using IIF Ready

IIF Ready helps inspect and correct supported text-file errors. You remain responsible for reviewing financial data, retaining originals, backing up your company, and testing imports. Passing our checks does not guarantee acceptance in every QuickBooks version or company configuration.

Plans and cancellation

Diagnosis is free. Accounts receive three free exports. Pro is $19 per month, with applicable taxes shown at checkout. You may manage or cancel renewal through the Paddle billing portal in your account. Access ends according to your paid billing period and payment status.

Limits

Local IIF files are limited to 10 MB each and 100,000 lines. Repair and conversion files stay in your browser. The optional Desktop connection requires separate consent for selected read-only company exports and temporary server storage, with limits shown during setup. The service does not reconcile books, determine tax treatment, or replace professional accounting judgment. Company accounting writes are not enabled; licensed Windows connector acceptance remains unverified.

Ownership

You retain ownership of your data. Use only files you are authorized to process. Do not misuse account or payment endpoints. QuickBooks is an Intuit trademark; this is an independent product.
